FUG approaching !

The Team are getting excited with the upcoming FUG (Franchsiee User Group) scheduled for 6th May. This is the first FUG to take place and will be an opportunity get some feedback on the work done to-date. It will also help the Team to validate some of the recommendations we have made. We have already engaged with a number of franchisees earlier in the process,  however this group will be a valuable source of feedback as we move further in the project.

Afterall, it is our franchisee business partners that any new systems will be servicing and is therefore crucial that they are happy with the product.

Whats all this talk of 'brown paper'?

We are using a tried and tested method of mapping out on a 'giant' sheet of brown paper the business process flow. This is then enhanced with mockup screens, which really brings the product to life and enables the Team to visualise the end to end process.

The only down side is that we look like a Team of carpet fitters when we roll it up and carry it about. :)

Sunrise signs up Dave Laughton

David Laughton is a welcomed addition to the Team and will support the analysis effort. David brings with him a wealth of Network knowledge.

Sunrise heating up...but Team stays cool

The preseure is mounting as the date for completion of the business case fast appoaches. Lots of work to do to finalise screen designs and close gaps.
